Plan
See prescribed Swim, Bike, Run, Strength, and Rest sessions in calendar context. Proposed changes stay reviewable and require confirmation before they alter the plan.
Triathlon training, in context
140.6 brings your plan, completed training, fuel, recovery, and progress into one coherent view—so each decision starts with the evidence you actually have.

A planned session shown alongside the signals that may affect how you approach it.
One connected training system
Each area has a clear job. Together, they keep planned work separate from observed performance while connecting the context that matters.
See prescribed Swim, Bike, Run, Strength, and Rest sessions in calendar context. Proposed changes stay reviewable and require confirmation before they alter the plan.
Record what actually happened and review the evidence separately from what was prescribed. Missing measurements remain missing instead of becoming invented zeros.
Track carbohydrates, fluid, sodium, and calories. Add entries manually, look up a barcode, or review an estimate from an optional food-photo analysis before saving.
Bring body-response context such as sleep, pain, soreness, stress, and training load into view. Recovery informs decisions; it never masquerades as race progress.
Follow training history, sport completeness, and weighted race progress with explicit evidence states. Estimates are identified, and unresolved data stays visibly unresolved.
How planning works
AI can propose bounded strategy and wording. It does not own safety, validation, workout construction, or the decision to apply a change.
A planning route receives the minimum structured context allowed for that decision and returns a constrained proposal—not an unrestricted workout.
Versioned rules validate the proposal, protect constraints, and expand it into the concrete session. Invalid or unavailable AI output falls back to local rules.
You review the exact proposed changes before applying them. The Coach and Home surfaces do not silently rewrite your plan.
Standard mode tries supported Apple Intelligence first, then the configured plan service if needed, then deterministic local rules. On-device-only mode avoids the plan server and uses Apple Intelligence when supported, followed by deterministic local rules.
Local-first by design
The current app is designed around on-device records, with optional remote paths disclosed at the point they are used.
Read the full privacy policy →Planning tries supported Apple Intelligence first. If needed, a configured service may process minimized plan context. Optional photo analysis is disclosed before camera access, and you review its nutrition estimate.
Planning uses supported Apple Intelligence followed by deterministic local rules. Food images stay local unless you explicitly choose the one-photo “Analyze once” action.
Strict zero-data-retention routing is currently disabled. When you choose a remote feature, infrastructure and model providers may retain request data under their terms and configuration. See the policy for the full limits.
